In case of problems that may arise from hardware or software on hosting, reseller and seo reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for his/her own backup. Our company is never responsible.
Backups are valid for sites that do not exceed 2 GB. Since sites over 2 GB will be out of the scope of backup, our company can never be held responsible for problems that may occur on these sites. The customer is responsible for taking their own backups.
Virtual Server ServiceConsidering the backup system costs on vds and vps servers, no backups are taken by our company. However, our support team provides the necessary assistance for customer satisfaction in the configuration requests of our customers regarding backups. Although the backup configuration is made by our company, the customer must definitely check the operability of the backups. Our company does not accept responsibility in the event of a possible problem.
The backup service fee is provided as an additional service. If the backup service is not selected during the order, the responsibility belongs to the customer. Our company does not accept any responsibility, the customer can choose 2 types of backups during the order on vds and vps servers.
Image backup: The server is backed up as an image on the dates selected by the customer. These backups are taken weekly or monthly and stored on behalf of the customer. These backups are not account-based backups, but a complete backup of the server. However, there is no guarantee for the backups taken. Our company is not responsible for any possible problems in image backup.
Account-based backup: With account-based backup, the customer VDS server is added to our backup server and the backup settings in the WHM panel are set as 3 days or weekly. Since this backup is account-based, the customer will be able to request a backup of any site at any time. However, our company is not responsible for any possible problems in backup.
In order to control the backups, our customers are given the hosting panel information from which the backups are taken. Our customers are absolutely obliged to control their backups. Our company is not responsible for any possible problems, even if the backup system is configured by our team, the control and operability of the backups belong to the user.
Physical Server ServiceThere is absolutely no paid or free backup on physical servers rented or hosted, and all backup responsibility belongs to the user renting or hosting the server, our company absolutely does not accept responsibility in any possible situation.
Paid Backup ServiceBackups received by paying the fee are selected as 3 - 7 days during the order. These backups are stored on our backup servers belonging to our company on behalf of our customers. In case of a possible problem, our customers can request backups, customers who receive backup service can request a return from backups a maximum of 3 times within 1 month, since the backups taken are taken as full backups on a server basis, our company is not responsible in case the backups are corrupted or the site is corrupted and the backup is taken immediately.
Accounts whose payment period has passed 3 days are deleted from the servers. For this reason, since the backups taken for the accounts whose payment period has passed and are deleted will be deleted from the servers, customers cannot request backups at the end of the service period. For this reason, our company cannot be held responsible in case of a possible victimization.
